All product prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

7. ORDER CANCELLATION, REPLACEMENT, AND REFUND

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Replacements: Replacement requests are only eligible for defective, damaged, or wrong items. Conditions include:
- Product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and tags.
- Replacement eligibility will be subject to product inspection.
Refunds: Refunds will only be processed if a replacement is not possible. Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days.
Open box products are sold as-is and are non-returnable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Orders will be delivered within the serviceable 10 km radius of Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.
Delivery timelines are subject to availability and external factors such as weather and traffic conditions.
Delivery charges, if any, will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
